Business Development Manager - Translation
UK Based - Remote
£45,000 + 10% commission (gross)

We are currently working with a $10m turnover Translation company that are looking to hire their first Sales person and this could be a great opportunity for you.
Up until now the company has growth through referral and an excellent reputation for delivery and quality but are now looking to hire their first sales person to grow them beyond the $10m mark.
Reporting directly to the Owner and General Manager you would be responsible for sales development and strategy, working to choose your own sales targets and methods of engagement utilising your experience and knowledge to implement your own ideas.
The name of the game is sales success and the company is looking for someone who is independently minded and can not just win business but also come up with new ideas for where and how to win business.
You will have near total freedom in this role to pursue what ever clients you want, however you want with a view to being able to build a wider sales team off your own success.
Although London HQ'd they run a remote working model with travel to events and client sites being more important than the daily grind of going to an office.
And best of all...realistic sales targets. Rather than joining a company that think its fair to set your first year target at £300k+, this company knows that ramp up time is important so are looking for much less than that.
