Are you an exceptional sales person, used to mentoring a team and now looking to lead from the front?

Perhaps you are already managing 1 or 2 junior people but are looking for the opportunity to manage a larger team?


Well, we are currently working with one of the fastest growing LSP's in the US (over 40% organic growth last year alone) as they look to hire a new Sales Manager.


In this role you will be responsible for running a team of 5, overseeing their day to day activity, helping to coach, mentor and grow them into the perfect, sales smashing, sales team.

You will be 100% responsible for the team appraisals, training and forecasting with a strong emphasis put on helping to further develop the teams abilities.


This would be the perfect role for a top biller who is looking to move from sales and mentoring into leadership, or a junior sales manager who is looking for the opportunity to run the show.

Must have experience of Translation or Localization and be based in the US.
